I never stop giving
thanks for you as I remember you in my prayers. I pray that the God of our Lord
Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, would give you a spirit of wisdom and

May you be known by the enemy as
"yoke shatterer",

bringer"
and "peace maker".
May the enemy use your name as a pejorative.
May you push back the darkness.
May your efforts be ever more fruitful,
And may the first words you hear in heaven be "well done."
Now you will feel no rain, for each of you will be shelter for the
other.
Now you will feel no cold, for each of you will be warmth to the other.
Now there is no more loneliness, for though you are two, you share but
one life.
Go now to your dwelling to enter into the days of your life together.

blessing I give to you for your upcoming marriage and life together.

each circumstance you experience serve only to bring you closer together.

you do nothing from selfishness, but with humility of mind let each of you
regard one another as more important than himself; not looking out for your own
interests, but also for the interests of the other submitting to one another
out of reverence for Christ.
May
you always know of the love we have for you. Though we will surely fail at
times, we will always try to offer our support. However, remember there is one
who can never fail you.
May
your marriage be full of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,
faithfulness, gentleness and
self-control which are the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
May
you follow Christ's example of humility and service. May you be aware of and
empowered by God’s love, which is ever and always, eternally present to all who
fear him, making everything right for them and their children as they follow
his Covenant ways. Remember to do whatever he says.
For
those who observe His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart are truly
blessed. So may you follow His
commandments with all your hearts, mind and strength.
May you know a love for each other that passes all other love except your love for God and His for you. Remember that nothing can ever separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus.
May
you grasp what you’ve been given and use it to forge ahead. You received Christ
Jesus, the Master; now live him. Be
rooted deeply in Christ knowing that you can have joy whenever you face trials
both in your marriage and in life itself. The testing of your faith will
develop perseverance but perseverance must finish its work so that you may be
mature and complete, not lacking anything.
May the peace of Christ live always in your hearts and home. May you
have true friends to stand by you, both in joy and in sorrow. May you be ready
and willing to help and comfort those in need, and may the blessings promised
to the compassionate be yours in abundance.
God the Eternal Father keep you in love with each other,

seeking. May he deepen your sense of trust. I pray that he will unravel your
mixed-up, confused feelings so that you may face what you must in a triumphant
way, through Christ Jesus.
May the Lord God keep you

As a co-heir with the Lord Jesus

May the Father look upon you with joy.

righteousness in the heart,

Visible and yet possessed of hidden life,

Disciplined but institutionally unsettled,
Almost monastic but certainly apostolic.
Knowing that Christ
sits enthroned in heaven,
May Christ be
enthroned in your heart.
Making your heart
and heaven one.
May the living God of the universe,
The Light of lights,
Enlighten your dark heart from His holy place;
May the Spirit’s wisdom come to your heart’s tablet
And write of grace in the Savior’s blood.
May the Lord, our great Creator, bless you this day;
Give you peace and hope and courage along your way.
May you stay within God’s keeping,
In your joy, and in your weeping.
God be with you in all your ways.
May you find happiness and satisfaction in your work. May daily problems
never cause you undue anxiety, nor the desire for earthly possessions, dominate
your life. Instead, may your heart’s first desire be always for God’s good
things.
May the God of love and peace
Abide in you,
Guide
your steps,
And
confirm your heart in his love
Now
and forever.
May you feel so weaned from earth and your affections be placed so much
in heaven, that you could leave us behind without regret, yet not love us less,
but God more.
May you live in such a way that at the hour of death you may rejoice and
not fear. Be always in a state of readiness, and so lead your life that death
may never take you unprepared.
May you be:
generous in prosperity,
thankful in adversity,
fair in your judgment,
guarded in your speech,
a lamp unto those who walk in
darkness,
a home to the stranger,
eyes to the blind,
a guiding light to the feet of the
erring,
a breath of life to the body of
humankind,
a dew to the soil of the human
heart,
and a fruit upon the tree of
humility.
May Almighty God, whom none can
evade, the Roaring Thunder that splits mighty trees, the All-Seeing Lord up on
high who sees even the footprints of a deer on a rock mass here on Earth and
the Cornerstone of Peace not hesitate to respond to your call.
May those plagued with sufferings of
body and mind be quickly freed from their illnesses. May those frightened cease
to be afraid, and may those bound be free. May the powerless find power, and
may people think of befriending one another. May those who find themselves in
trackless, fearful wilderness-- the children, the aged, the unprotected-- be
guarded by God’s angels, and may they swiftly find home.
May God lead you from the unreal to
the real; lead you from darkness to light; lead you from death to immortality. May
there be peace in celestial regions as well as on earth. May the waters be
appeasing; the herbs be wholesome, and may trees and plants bring peace to all.
May His Law propagate peace all through the world. May all things be a source
of peace to you. And may His peace itself, while bestowing peace on all, come
to you especially.
I pray to God that He will show you
how to do your part in eradicating all the misery in the world: that your
understanding will triumph over ignorance, that your generosity will triumph
over indifference, that your trust will triumph over contempt, and that in your
life, truth will triumph over falsehood.
May the blessings of light be upon you, light without and light within,
and in all your comings and goings.
May you live as long as you want and never want as long as you live. May
you always have walls for the winds, a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire,
laughter to cheer you, those you love near you, And all your heart might
desire.
May you have endless love, enough money, and too many friends. Health be
yours, whatever you do and may God send many blessings to you!
May you live long, die happy, and rate a mansion in heaven.
May your glass be ever full. May the roof over your head be always
strong. And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're
dead.
May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May
the sun shine warm upon your face. And rains fall soft upon your fields. And
until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
May the roof above us never fall in. And may the friends gathered below

May your neighbors respect you, trouble neglect you, the angels protect
you, and heaven accept you.

let's all get drunk, and go to heaven!
May you have food and raiment, a soft pillow for your head, may you be
forty years in heaven before the devil knows you're dead.
Here's to your coffin! May your coffin have six handles of finest
silver! May your coffin be carried by six fair young maids! And may your coffin
be made of finest wood from a 100-year-old tree, that I'll go plant tomorrow!
Health and a long life to you. Land without rent to you. A child every
year to you. And if you can't go to heaven, may you at least die in your
lover’s arms.
May you have no frost on your spuds, no worms on your cabbage. May your
goat give plenty of milk and if you inherit a donkey, may she be in foal.
May you get all your wishes but one so you always have something to
strive for!
As you slide down the banister of life, may the splinters never point
the wrong way!
May you live to be a hundred years, with one extra year to repent!
May your enemies never meet a friend.
Here's a toast to your enemies' enemies!
May those who love you love you. And those that don't love you, may God
turn their hearts. And if He doesn't turn their hearts, may he turn their
ankles, so you'll know them by their limping.
Always remember to forget the things that made you sad. But never forget
to remember the things that made you glad. Always remember to forget the
friends that proved untrue. But never forget to remember those that have stuck
by you. Always remember to forget the troubles that passed away. But never
forget to remember the blessings that come each day. I remember you.
Here's to you and yours and to mine and ours. And if you and yours ever
come across mine and ours, I hope that mine and ours will do as much for you
and yours as you and yours have done for mine and ours!
